Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the GodaFly mobile application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GodaFly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GodaFly. By using the app, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You are not prohibited from using the service under applicable laws
• Your account information is accurate and complete

3. Account Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use GodaFly to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Share sexually explicit or offensive content
• Solicit personal information from minors
• Engage in spam or commercial solicitation
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Content and Profile Guidelines

Your profile and content must:

• Contain only your own photos (not stock images or celebrity photos)
• Be respectful and appropriate
• Not contain contact information meant to bypass the app
• Accurately represent you as a traveler

6. Safety and Meetings

GodaFly facilitates connections between travelers, but:

• We do not verify the identity or background of users
• You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users
• Always meet in public places when connecting with new people
• Inform someone you trust about your plans
• Use your best judgment and stay safe

7. Intellectual Property

The GodaFly app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GodaFly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Conduct that we determine is harmful to other users
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Long periods of inactivity

9. Limitation of Liability

GodaFly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Interactions or meetings between users
• Content posted by users
• Loss of data or unauthorized access
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
